Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are moving toward endless opportunities for student creativity! We want our students to look forward to visiting the library and having choices on how to spend their hours there. I am requesting headphones, crayons, ink for our printer, and building blocks.

If students wish to color, they can search the internet, find the object they want to color, print it, and have fun!

Students who wish to build a skyscraper can grab a bucket of bricks and build, build, build. If a student wants to find the location of the deepest ocean on the planet, their answer is just a few clicks away! Our students need headphones to listen to online books.

We are excited about the boundless discoveries that will take place in our library space. Please help us ensure we have the materials we need this year. Our school serves 620 students. Each student has a library class once a week. We want to ensure that each learner thinks the library is an excellent place to be.
