Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My fifth-grade class is particularly inquisitive and curious. They have a healthy hunger to learn and explore. I'm impressed with the caliber of their questions in so many different areas.

Their enthusiasm for learning is contagious!

I can't wait to help them dig into the exciting world of biology and life sciences through their frog dissection kits.

The camera will allow us to capture timelapse videos of weather patterns that we can then observe and use to develop our artistic abilities as science notebooks annotators. Students will illustrate, label, and explain the patterns that they observe over time.

There is so much to explore and discover in the world of nature right here in our school and our neighborhood.
