My Project

My classroom of 20 second graders would greatly benefit from flexible seating in the classroom. This would include a new carpet and five ball chairs.

The new carpet would go in our reading nook, where students would be able to sit on the floor, on pillows, or in stadium chairs for reading and small group activities.

The five ball chairs would provide a change in seating for small group and for students in whole group that need to move. These chairs help students balance and concentrate better.
