Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would like to read more books to my students about apples, pumpkins and autumn. As I continue to build my library, I noticed that I am missing some basic stories that could benefit my students and their learning! These stories, in particular, tie in so nicely with our science units and different themes throughout the fall season.

Read-alouds are essential for young learners in all subject areas.

They also work well with my emergency substitute plans. These books will provide counting, letter knowledge, colors, and help build my students' vocabulary, even when I am out of the classroom.
