Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Let's start this school year off right by helping my students become faster and stronger! My track team will benefit from a new velocity speed gun, timers, and resistance training parachutes. These tools will help me train my students to become even faster while introducing them to the world of track and cross-country, two sports that many of my students are not familiar with. The resistance balls will give them a fun way to train their reflexes and practice for competitions!

My students are bright superstars who are always excited about new opportunities to get active.

I am lucky to teach such wonderful students and I love introducing them to new activities; I am especially excited about the track and field team I am running with my students as many of them have never participated in this kind of activity.
