This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a special education teacher working with students with moderate to extensive needs. My students must learn life and hygiene skills such as blowing their noses and drying their hands after washing them. Our school provides limited Kleenex, but my students often need it. Student restrooms don't have paper towels, so I offer them with these when possible. These are also very useful for clean-in spills in the classroom (which often occur as not all my students can exercise self-control.
