My Project

The support you provide with your donation will make a difference in the lives of the students in my special education classroom. These fidgets will allow students the opportunity to develop an understanding of what helps them focus best. On different days, students have different needs depending on challenges they are facing that day. Fidgets can soothe a restless mind or body and provide them with the ability to engage in class activities.

With your caring contribution, my students with special needs will be able to learn to engage strategies that allow them to focus and build their self-esteem.

The students in my classes face challenges in school and in their lives that can be difficult to ignore when they are in their classes. Some may have excessive energy they struggle to contain. Others may have a list of anxieties that roll through their minds. Many learn better with tactile or visual sensations. With this variety of fidgets, they will be able to select the object that will most help them depending on what their needs are each day.

Your donation will help these students not just today, but in the future. They will be better able to access the lessons in classes each day and gain skills that will benefit them throughout their lives. They will feel capable and prepared for their future.
