My Students

My students are the most resilient kids I have ever met. Navigating online learning amidst a pandemic and still seeing academic improvement and success is incredible. We are working on king term investments in my Business Math class and some students have even begun Re-thinking how they allocate their own paychecks! This is a bright group with incredible futures ahead of them.

My Project

Teaching remote and transitioning into Hybrid has its challenges. The new way of learning and educating is coming at us quickly, and we need to adapt. Technology is taking over the classroom and one screen is not enough for all the incredible work our students are doing. Additional monitors allow us to have multiple browsers open, use zoom, take attendance, share slides, and more. The more access to technology that teachers have, the better equity we are to support our students in virtual and hybrid settings. The new way of teaching is here and we need to adapt!

Ms. Welch Mastery Charter School - Lenfest Grades 9-12
