My Project

My students are vibrant, curious, sensitive and thoughtful. I counsel students in grades K-5. My goals for all of my students is that they grow emotionally and feel confident to express whatever they are feeling and gain coping skills to manage big feelings.

Therapeutic art and play is an accessible and safe way for my students to express themselves.

Watercolors and clay provide and safe and calming outlet to show how they are feeling and develop coping skills. Legos present opportunity for the students to create their own world and dialogue in sessions.
