Help me give my students a chance to learn hands on science relatable to every day life by using the microscopes to see small organism that we have in our environment.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We work with at-risk high school students the choice of an innovative and relevant education, which provides the flexibility and support to graduate from high school with concrete plans for their future. Students actively engage in scientific and engineering practices in order to deepen their understanding of concepts and disciplinary core ideas. Framework and to best support students’ learning, all three dimensions need to be integrated into the system
of standards, curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
Science IEP goals can help ensure that students are receiving adequate instruction in this subject. Science is an important part of the curriculum, and all students should have the opportunity to learn it. These IEP goals can help motivate students to succeed in science.
When students have specific goals that they are working towards, they are more likely to be engaged in learning. Science IEP goals can also help track students’ progress over time.
