Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

During the pandemic, my students were confined to their homes. Even now, my students rarely have the opportunity to see little more than the community in which they live. It is important that my students have the resources to explore our planet to the fullest extent possible. These virtual reality headsets will afford my students the opportunity to go on virtual field trips and experience locations to advance their knowledge of geography and create globally minded students and explore their cultures in the process. This will provide a better sense of self, for social emotional learning.
