Adding this selection of diverse literature to our classroom library will allow students to explore different cultures and locations through reading. Many times, children are only exposed to limited literature. By incorporating these books into the classroom, they will experience cultures, historical events, and much more without leaving the classroom.
Reading is a way to explore the world without leaving your seat.
My students would love to have these books added to our classroom library. They love to learn about other cultures and historical events, and they are eager to experience different things through the eyes of others. Giving these books to my students will help them gain perspective and immerse them in more diverse literature.
