This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My first graders love to explore and learn new things. They love to create new products. However, it's difficult for them to explore and create when they don't have the necessary resources to accomplish it.

My students are in need of STEM resources and materials that will assist them in their learning and exploring of STEM.

The STEM resources and kits that I'm requesting will encourage my students to imagine new things and create new products. They will have the opportunity to go beyond their imaginations and explore new information through these STEM kits. They will also have to opportunity to work in teams to develop new products. I'm also requesting certificates to recognize them when they succeed in developing a new and different product.
