My Students

I would like to learn more about computer science and how it can improve my teaching. There is a course in New York City in August for learning code and Exploring code with CS interactive. I would like to build agile German teaching applications for students to have quiz leader boards and ongoing learning for German language learners. Our students started with Google classroom this year and students have been using online applications for learning but I would love to build some custom applications for students. I love learning experiences that help students be better members of society and have valuable workplace skills.

My Project

I would love to be able to have a more technology based and interactive classroom. This course includes the program cost of a course in New York in August that is designed to help teachers learn more about computer science. I would love to be able to create an ongoing learning platform where students can test themselves against other students and track points for learning. I would love to be able to analyze data from my teaching and compare with other teachers through computer science. The program cost also includes a teacher stipend. Having this opportunity would help me understand the fundamentals of learning more and have a better way to organize student learning data. Thank you for coordinating this event, CSTA.
