Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are a great group of kids who rely heavily on sensory time. They each have sensitivities to Sights, Sounds, Smells, Tastes and Touch. These materials will play a huge role in their daily engagement during instruction. They work so hard to complete their personal daily goals. When they have reached the target for each lesson they look forward to playing with slime, play- doh, bubbles, or listening music. Having these sensory items and the ability for them to choose from is one of the factors that ensure that the will be successful.
