Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our class is a Dual Language English and Spanish PreK class. What I love most about my students is that they are curious, eager to learn and come from diverse backgrounds. We have students that recently arrived to the USA and have never had a toy, or the opportunity to be in a formal school setting. When they come to my class they light up and are so excited to learn and experience what we have to offer them. The items I have asked for will give students an opportunity to learn life skills, develop their social and emotional skills and learn as they play.
