Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have a great ELL student population and resources are very limited in our school.

We would love to continue to build our dramatic play center and our art center with your help!

Students enjoy playing in the dramatic center and role playing encourages development and social skills. Students love coming to school not only to learn but also to have time to play and be children. These contributions would be such a great support to our classroom.

My Project

These materials would continue to support student learning through social interactions and art activities. Students enjoy hands on learning and become highly engaged. With these costumes in the dress up area, students will have the opportunity to role play as doctors, nurse construction worker and connect with the Social Studies curriculum.

Students can play pretend and develop across all developmental domains; socially, emotionally,

and cognitively.

The students can explore their artistic side with PomPoms and Do-A-Dot Rainbow Art paints.

I strongly believe students learn best through play. This experience is enriching and full of fun! Please help us build our classroom art center and dramatic play area. Your generous donation to our project will improve our K classroom by building stronger and confident students This will change our students' lives for the better. Students will develop a passion for school and feel success at an early age while having fun learning!
