My Students

My students are a very active group of 4th graders that need to be given the ability to access information in many different ways.

Many of my students receive free lunch.

My students also have academic challenges that require work to be adapted in order for them to understand materials taught in class.

Many of my students do not have access to computers at home. Therefore, teaching the students how to use technology at school is very important to them learning how to engage with technology.

My Project

These materials will make a difference for my students because they have been learning a lot about using technology to further their knowledge about a topic.

The chrome book will help my students to gain independence in the area of research skills.

They will learn how to utilize technology in a world that is quickly becoming more technologically driven.

My students will have access to pictures and text far beyond what is available in the classroom. They will grow as learners and be able to take their skills far beyond the walls of our fourth grade classroom. They will be learning lifelong skills.
