My Project

This year I want to expose my students to different novel studies in small group and whole group. With this book I want to add to the variety of different types of genres that my students can choose from and also expose them to different types of writing through our novel studies.

Adding these books to our collection gives me an opportunity to have my students find a genre that they might not have picked on their own or find a series that they find interesting.

With this book, it allows my students to be able to read along with me during small group time, and/or reading independently or with a partner. Having experimented with online digital books, I have seen that students still enjoy books in front of them to read from and this project will help them with that.
