My Project

Exercise equals healthy mind, teaching my students with exercise and a healthy diet it can improve their mental health just as much as it improve their bodies.

Using the learning guides my students can learn how healthy foods will improve their mental heath.

The food pyramid groups is very for a healthy life. The Cones and different sports balls will help my student with the correct exercise they need to enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle. Using stickers as reward for my students is very important to theie mental health , it makes them realize they have accomplished a goal.
