My Students

My students come from low-income families but they still come to school every day ready to get their education. Not only do they come to school, but they are excited to learn and they deserve every opportunity to do so. The school is a Title 1 school and we strive to provide as much as possible for our students. Most times this comes from my own pocket, so any support would be greatly appreciated! I am trying to provide a safe, fun, and caring environment so the students can grow to their highest potential.

These students deserve any opportunity we can give them to make education enjoyable and exciting!

The students in my classroom are considerate, creative, and compassionate. They love engaging lessons and activities where they can use their sense of creativity, show their personalities, and use multiple learning styles. Every day they are excited to show what they know!

My Project

My students enjoy reading centers and I would love to bring this same enjoyment and responsibility for their learning to our math lessons. Being able to differentiate the lessons is extremely important to help all my students succeed. To be able to meet with small groups the rest of the class needs something to do without my assistance. Having these hands-on activities that students can work together to complete will keep them engaged in meaningful ways. This will give me the ability to assist students in ways that best meet their needs without worrying if the rest of the class is continuing their learning.
