Help me give my students incentives for attendance, behavior & overall performance. As we approach testing, this would be great as a boost of encouragement and continued support. We are a B Level, going for the A!

My Project

For this project, every effort is to obtain snacks that will serve as incentives or rewards for the students. Our students have come from a C in year 2021-2022 to a B in 2022-2023. It is our goal to reach that A as we close out year 2023-2024. Our students work hard and work together to complete projects, assignments, and also offer tutoring to each other whenever possible.

Our students are striving to achieve excellence on their assignments, classwork, homework and especially benchmark assessments.

As an incentive for their performance, as well as reaching their goals, this will be an incentive of encouragement and to say, "Job well done!" If available, we often give them a pencil with motivational words and a creative card of appreciation or allow them to "No Uniform Friday".

We have been low performing for far too long. Our students are excited about making history and being a part of this process. We don't rate them as low performing, we see them as high potential.

They're all capable of learning; often in different ways. The snacks will motivate them to progress and want to do better. It is my sincere belief that this will also build self-esteem by helping them to believe in themselves just as I do.
