Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I'm adding small organizational and motivational items that make a difference in a classroom. The snacks help students keep focused so that they can take on those cognitive lifts and risks without distraction to their basic needs. Stickers help students keep motivated. The dry erase markers help keep a healthy supply of dry erase markers per table so that students can find different ways to share their ideas, making the classroom more inclusive. And the tape, highlighters, and glue help students make and maintain their interactive notebooks independently so that they practice their higher functioning skills, helping them become more independent for high school and beyond.

These organizational and motivational items help the transitions flow easier and keep the students focused on their work.
