My Project

Help give my students a variety of foods (included in the list are a variety of snacks that include crackers, cookies, honey, bbq sauce, ranch powders, MRE's, etc. to differentiate between brands, flavors, and visual looks for my food science course this year.

Agriculture food science is an exciting, fast paced course that includes biweekly sampling of different food products - usually two different brands or varieties stacked up against each other and students are to determine whether they are identical products, if they smell different, look different, or taste different.

Lastly, they will be given the opportunity to determine what brand the products come from. This course will give students an opportunity to expand their food "expertise" and broaden their horizons in a science based way!
