My Students

"Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn." ~Benjamin Franklin. My students are curious, ambitious and creative. Many of my students are English language learners. As a team, their families and I are working hard to help them achieve success. They are very curious and are learning through hands on exploration. They are explorers.

My students show enthusiasm when coming to school, and excitement when participating in exploration activities.

We work hard to encourage family participation in all aspects of the children's education. As our school continues to grow, our children are growing with us.

I am looking for new ways to encourage independence in my students. We are always looking for new ways to encourage the students to explore their surroundings.

My Project

The art supplies are an important part of the Pre-K classroom. These materials will provide the opportunity to learn through exploration, trial and error. These materials will help to develop the students fine motor skills through art lessons and projects.

These materials will help the students develop their creativity, imagination, and literacy skills.

The Arts & Crafts Supply Center allows autonomy in the classroom. The alphabet stamps, craft tapes, Kwik Stix and various paper types will help the children express their creativity. The Tote Bag and Mini Books will provide the opportunity to share the students' success with their families.
