Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love my students' interest in the alphabet and numbers. I teach 3K and the alphabet is not embedded in the curriculum until the students go to Pre-K. I love exposing them to these materials before entering Pre-K. Many of my children do not speak English as a first language. This will also help with their language communication skills. Help me make every child feel special on their birthday with giving them sticker books with all items of their interest, number cards to practice identifying and counting numbers 1 - 25, and alphabet both uppercase and lowercase. These colorful vivid images will help expand children's learning beyond school and in their home. It will also bring the english alphabet into many homes as well. I enjoy making every child who celebrates their birthday special while in the classroom. While being able to send home a little something they will be able to feel special on their birthday and be able to learn in their own homes.
