Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students at Miller are cultivating job skills that they will use when they proceed into the workforce. The tools listed in this project provide us the opportunity to work on repetitive skills necessary in a construction or woodshop job, while allowing our students to be creative and make projects their own.

Students will use the screws and washers to practice the correct motions and procedures to using typical screwdrivers and power drivers.

Students will use the painter’s tape to make sure they are accurate when measuring out projects and when they are painting them.
