This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Productivity in the classroom improves when supplies are readily available. With your help, this project will provide some essentials for my Spanish (español) class. Pre-sharpened pencils are a time-saver, and a class set of rulers will be a major help when we work on class projects and group activities. Flashcards are a great tool to break up the monotony in the classroom as we practice Spanish. Puffs Plus Lotion are my absolute favorite tissues, they are perfect for sniffle season since they are so gentle on noses. The wagon will be a practical and mobile storage for the new stuff!

This project is about maximizing efficiency to set students up for success while providing opportunities for them to enjoy their learning.

My goal is to make it easy for students to be productive and keep things organized as we go. My students cover a wide range of Spanish language acquisition from brand-new Spanish learners who cannot yet speak, read, write, or understand to Spanish speakers who learned it as their mother tongue. A self-serve classroom allows me to differentiate my teaching while providing an accessible environment for as many students as possible.
