Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are creative, thoughtful, and full of curiosity! They love being hands-on and active. Each child in my classroom absolutely loves learning, although the methods and environment in which they learn best vary greatly.

They come to school every day ready to learn new things, and we make the most of what we can while social distancing!

My Project

These materials will give my students some essential supplies that they use regularly, as well as a few that keep the classroom functioning. My classroom is a flexible environment where I want my students to not worry about if they forgot some of their materials at home.

These supplies will help create and add on to a supplies corner for students to use if they need them for their assignments.

Some of these materials are used for students' folders and assignments, which are used every day. Materials often break or get lost and I want to provide extras they can borrow and use. It will help them learn to take care of other's belongings, and about being responsible.
