Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I’m reaching out for your support to help me create a learning station for my special education students. My goal is to have a rolling cart to contain each of my students’ daily activities in morning and afternoon folders.

Prepping the morning and afternoon activity folders will help keep my students engaged in their carefully curated and individualized activities so they can fully maximize their time in the classroom.

This year I’m embarking in a new direction and will have a classroom to teach Essential Academics to my special education students at the high school level. I’m excited to have this opportunity to continue providing individualized and equitable education opportunities to my diverse student group.

I will be truly grateful to have your support with donations and matching funds to our project. My students will certainly appreciate it as well because they stand to benefit greatly by having a pre-prepped learning station to access their curated morning and afternoon learning activities in their own folder in an organized rolling cart.
