This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school has been doing some amazing work in their Experiential learning curriculum . Experiential learning is a hands-on approach to education that emphasizes learning through experience and reflection. This method encourages children to engage actively with their environment, allowing them to explore concepts and skills in a practical context.

One key aspect of experiential learning for children is that it caters to different styles of learning, allowing visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learners to succeed through diverse methods of engagement.

Through project work in the arts room our students are given new opportunities to explore the ideas from the EL curriculum.

The materials in this project include essential tools needed for student project work. Your donation to this project will support both the visual arts program as well as our school's Experiential Learning curriculum.
