Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach kindergarten students, many with autism, who exhibit a variety of educational profiles. Our classroom needs materials to maximize their learning and help them with their sensory needs. We would be delighted to be able to use alphabet and number puzzles, as well as Play-Doh and other sensory items like therapy play sand.

The items listed will help me provide the necessary tools to help children learn, increasing focus/attention, time-on-task, and self-regulation.

We are thankful for any donation to assist our 8:1:1 special education classroom. Every donation will make a direct and positive impact on our students.
