My Project

My students are in need of the everyday things so many of us take for granted. When we think of school we often think about Reading, Math and other subjects. Our schools are so much more than that now. They are a safe haven, a place our students seek acceptance, counsel and sometimes basic necessities. It is our mission to meet the needs of the whole child. Our school is is a Title One School and many households were negatively impacted by the pandemic. When our students are worried about their basic needs they can't concentrate on the work at hand. We must first meet those needs then we can teach. Help me give my students the things so many of us take for granted.
