Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Esports is a rapidly growing sport. It allows for students to play video games at a competitive level, just like a basketball or football player.
However, unlike a football or basketball, games are very expensive.
The Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros will be used by the players for practice in the Esports Club. Students will practice after school to improve their skills and prepare to face other schools in team battles/races throughout the year.
Esports allows for a new type of athlete/student to find their place in their school. Allowing them to be themselves in a safe and secure environment, would be exciting.
