Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I will start an ESL Class in After-School for recent arrival students. These students need support to improve their English language and they are teenagers that want to succeed in their future. These students are trying their best to adapt to the American culture, new language and making new friends. I have acquired ESL books and dictionary to support these students.

These 3 items that I requested will help them feel comfortable in after-school.

I believe after-school should be fun while learning and the bean bag, snacks and the basketball hoop will make it exciting to learn. I am sure these students will attend the ESL class in afterschool because they will have fun as well.
