My Project

Students in my class are curious and inquisitive. They come from diverse backgrounds. Their differences make our class community rich and interesting. They are kind and compassionate towards each other’s differences. They love helping each other learn. They come to school every day ready to learn and share what they know.

Many of the world’s 689 million people, or 10% of the global population, that live in poverty also lack access to adequate winter supplies.

Material hardship like the inability to afford basic needs is common among households in my school.

These warm clothing materials will help keep my students stay warm during the colder months and help their overall health like their physical, emotional and cognitive development stay healthy.

Providing children basic adequate winter supplies will take a big burden away from their families so they can focus on meeting other basic needs of their children.
