This school is a middle city school with a diverse group of students. Our school is a Title I school, and any and all donations are greatly appreciated. The items we have received from DonorsChoose.org and other grants go a long way. Our students are driven to always do their best, but they struggle without adequate supplies. Students on the basketball team learn skills that will help them become cooperative members of society and work well with others.

My Project

Our school is only opened for its second year this year, but the girls' basketball team has quickly become a popular sport! I am so excited to see these girls enthusiastic about being part of a team. On the team, they learn things not taught in other places like teamwork, camaraderie, humbleness, and more.

In order to run a successful program, our athletes need equipment.

The equipment needed includes things like pumps, resistance parachutes, vertical jump trainers, and nets. These items will help our girls to become better prepared when stepping on the court during games.
