Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my physical education class, we frequently encounter issues with the equipment due to the poor condition of the current resources. One of the most pressing concerns is the consistent damage to basketballs, which are often popped when used on the outdoor courts. The presence of thorns and other sharp debris around the court leads to these frequent accidents, which not only disrupts class activities but also creates unnecessary costs for replacing the damaged equipment. With the current situation, students are unable to fully enjoy their physical activities, and the equipment is quickly rendered unusable.

To ensure that students have the best learning experience and can participate safely in physical education, it is crucial that we invest in new, durable equipment.

Upgrading to high-quality, thorn-resistant basketballs would minimize the constant damage and allow students to engage in the activities without interruptions. This investment would enhance the overall experience of the class, improve the longevity of the equipment, and ensure that our outdoor courts remain functional and enjoyable for all students.
