Help me give my students access to hoodies, tie-dye kits, a printer, and other materials that allow them to experience entrepreneurship education in the classroom. Students will be placed in small groups to create their own business, create a name, create a logo, and market their product.

My Project

The specific requested items will be used to set up shop stations in my STEAM & Career Development classroom for my 3rd through 6th grade students. These items will allow me take my entrepreneur project and boost it to the next level.

Students will be placed in work groups.

Each group will have their own station and will be responsible for creating a sellable product.

Teaching entrepreneurship in elementary school is important because it helps children develop valuable skills and mindsets that will benefit them throughout their lives. It encourages creativity and innovation, builds sense of confidence and self-worth, develops critical thinking and problem solving skills, and teaches financial literacy.

My students will use and benefit from the requested materials in a variety of stations in my STEAM classroom. Students will use these materials to create a sellable product for our entrepreneurship lesson. These are the specific stations that will be created using requested materials:

-Tie Dye (shirts and dye)

-Bath Bombs

-Bracelet Design

-Logo Design (printer)

-Applique Hoodies (embroidery thread)

My students are special because they are eager to learn new things. They are not afraid to fail or make mistake because they have learned that is how we grow to be better, stronger, smarter humans. My students deserve all the tools and skills they need to end generational poverty and become successful adults, either with or without a college education.
