My Project

Over the past few years, my students have been through the incredible and nearly unbelievable ups and downs of going to school through a pandemic. Some of my students missed an entire year of in-person school, and we are making up for this lost learning time. The items requested will help to bridge that possible learning gap- and make it fun, interesting, and exciting for my students.

We are excited to use these math, science, history, and comfort items in our daily lessons and classroom life.

We will use the ice maker to provide ice to keep us comfortable on our hot Arizona days, and to use for various science experiments and lessons. We will use the Detective books to supplement our writing and math. We plan to use the dog bed in our recovery area, as a soft cushion when we need a few minutes to recover from the bustle of the classroom, and the soft fidgets are to help us learn calming techniques as well. We are also excited to use the anatomy models in our science work- we can't wait to take them apart over and over again!
