My Project
Our school fosters the philosophy of providing an enrichment experience for students. This experience ties into the schools initiative of including social emotional learning in our classrooms.
Enrichment Friday gives students the opportunity to actually be kids.
What I’ve learned from being in the classroom for a few years is that students can benefit from a break as well. Currently, our school yard is closed due to renovations that are being made so being able to provide additional resources will allow me to expand on my creativity. This will also be a great way to end the week after hours of instruction!
Some of the resources that we plan on using in the classroom are the following: Drone Home, Fidget toys for sensory purposes, and lastly, Table Top Air Hockey.
