My Project

Dear Donors,

Our school will celebrate Black History Month with a culminating activity event "Soul Food Dinner".

At this 3rd Annual Event, February 27, 2025, we will come together over a specially prepared soul food dinner, celebrating culture and history with student presentations, music, guest speaker, crafts, art, prizes, to honor our students, their families, and our staff.

Please help us provide enrichment to our Black History Month, "Soul Food Dinner", event. We would like our decorated tables to include art books, bringing extra awareness and joy to this celebrational event, to showcase and share the visual arts and culture of Black History, captured in these books.

The sound bowls will allow the opportunity for participants to be curious and learn to try something new, bringing their own unique sound frequency to our collective celebration space, if they wish to share.

Crafting with Black History themed beads will honor and celebrate our younger guests who always appreciate a sweet snack and a themed treat bag take away too.

At Cleveland High School for Digital Arts, we have wonderful, curious, highly engaged students, worthy of all the support, they can be given! It is a joy to be here celebrating these young lives everyday, I hope you will help us enrich our Black History Month event.
