My Project

As an early childhood teacher in the underserved community of Ward 8 in Washington, D.C., I am dedicated to providing my students with the highest quality education despite limited resources. I am requesting an Apple iPad and Pencil to enhance my professional development and bring innovative teaching strategies into my classroom. With these tools, I will have access to a wealth of online courses, educational webinars, and interactive teaching apps that will allow me to continuously improve my instructional methods. By integrating technology into my professional growth, I can learn new ways to engage my young learners, tailor lessons to meet their diverse needs, and track their progress more effectively. This technology will enable me to create dynamic, interactive lessons that captivate my students' attention and foster a love of learning. Ultimately, this investment in my professional development will directly benefit my students by providing them with a more engaging and supportive learning environment, setting them on a path to academic success.
