My Project

As an administrator , maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment is my top priority. To effectively manage student behavior and discipline across the school, I need an iPad to streamline communication, track incidents in real time, and provide immediate support to teachers and students.

An iPad will allow me to quickly document behavioral data, access student records, and communicate with staff while on the move.

Instead of being tied to a desk, I can be present in hallways, classrooms, and common areas—ensuring proactive discipline and positive interventions. With apps for documentation and communication, I can respond to issues efficiently, reducing disruptions and improving school culture.

By funding this project, you will help create a more structured, responsive, and student-focused approach to discipline. Your support will empower me to build stronger relationships with students, address concerns promptly, and foster a positive school climate.
