Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My first grade students are a group of wonderful children, some who come from low-income families. The children come to school eager to learn and try their best. We are learning and working on becoming a classroom family willing to help and learn from each other.

I am interested in using a variety of resources to enhance the children’s learning as well as create an assortment of activities for the children’s “I’m Done” folder.

I believe with a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card, the children will have an opportunity to work with an assortment of resources that will further their understanding of concepts/skills learned. It will also give me an opportunity to create an “I’m Done” folder with varying and differentiated tasks.
