Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Flexible seating can encourage face to face interactions among students. Designating specific areas within the classroom with collaborative furniture (like group tables, carpets, and easily accessible bookshelves) signal to students that these spaces are meant for teamwork. An effective classroom library is a space where students feel comfortable gathering together. It's an important first step in helping children foster a love of reading and learning.

When students talk to each other, it enhances their ability to exchange ideas, learn from different perspectives, and develop important communication skills essential for collaboration and personal growth.

Large writable surfaces are perfect for brainstorming, problem solving, and group discussions.

Our students today are the future problem-solvers who will tackle global challenges tomorrow.
