My Project

My students are enthusiastic and eager to expand their language skills, whether they are learning a new language or improving their proficiency. They come from diverse backgrounds, each bringing unique perspectives and experiences to the classroom. However, access to technology can sometimes be a challenge, limiting their ability to fully engage in interactive language learning.

To help my students develop strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and digital fluency, we need better access to technology.

A classroom computer cart will provide the necessary resources to immerse them in authentic language experiences and enhance their learning in meaningful ways.

I am seeking funding for a classroom computer cart to safely store, charge, and organize our classroom laptops and tablets. This essential piece of equipment will ensure that technology is easily accessible, secure, and ready for daily use, making our language lessons more interactive and engaging.

With a dedicated computer cart, students will have more opportunities to engage in language-learning. We will use apps and interactive platforms to improve vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation, to practice listening and speaking using real-world conversations, and to explore cultural content through authentic materials and virtual field trips - all without the delays caused by uncharged or misplaced devices!
