My Project

As a dedicated high school math teacher, my primary goal is to create an environment where my students not only excel academically but also thrive emotionally. I firmly believe that a supportive and nurturing classroom atmosphere is essential for fostering motivation, confidence, and successful learning.

My love for my students drives me to seek innovative ways to reduce their stress, anxiety, and depression, particularly those pressures associated with school.

To achieve this, I propose the integration of an electric piano and a variety of games into our classroom. These resources will play a pivotal role in enhancing student well-being, ultimately making a significant difference in their learning experiences.

Indeed, students today face an array of challenges not only in school but also in their social life that can impact their mental health. Academic pressures, social expectations, and personal issues often contribute to high levels of stress and anxiety. As educators, it is our responsibility to address these challenges and create a balanced environment where students can develop holistically. By prioritizing mental health and well-being, I hope to empower students to become more motivated, confident, and successful learners.

As a musician, I have experienced how powerful music is for its therapeutic benefits of reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, providing a soothing escape from the demands of daily life. Introducing an electric piano into the classroom offers students a creative outlet to express their emotions and relieve stress.

Moreover, board and puzzle games are not only a source of entertainment but also powerful tools for cognitive and emotional development. Engaging in games promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and social interaction. Regular game sessions offer students a much-needed break from academic work, providing an opportunity to relax and recharge.
