My Project

The students at PS 328 Phyllis Wheatley have a drive to learn. Many of them are new to our school, coming to us from different countries. Despite all the hardships they have been through, they come together as a community to build each other up. The Pocketalk will help students in their understanding of lessons in class and communication between students and teachers.

The Pocketalk will be a great asset to our school, facilitating communication within our school community and bridging the gap in student relations.

I want my students to be able to make connections with each other regardless of their differences in language.

My students have so much to contribute to classroom discourse and having the Pocketalk accessible to them will boost their confidence to open and speak up.
