Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every student in our school is part of our new Engineering Program. In Kindergarten, students' interest in STEM and engineering is sparked by learning and using the Engineering Design Process along with common materials to solve problems. In 4th and 5th grades, those sparks are fueled with coding, robotics, and 3D printing.

A fully stocked 3D printing lab will allow our students to fully explore STEM as they imagine, design, and print technologies to solve problems.

Students will utilize the 3D printers as well as the Engineering Design Process to develop solution to problems which are important to them, our school, and our community.
